Find Notification Preferences
Open Account Settings from Account & Help and find Notification Preferences. Each expandable section has its own Save action. Changing a setting without saving does not apply it.
These preferences belong to your personal account. Other members of the same Profile manage their own preferences.
Choose your daily email digests
- Expand Email Digest.
- Select the Profiles for which you want a daily digest, or clear a Profile to unsubscribe from its digest.
- Choose Save.
Email Digest appears when you have Profiles in this settings context. The summary shows how many Profiles are selected. You do not need a new login to subscribe for more than one Profile.
The daily digest brings together relevant Profile updates, including unread notifications and outstanding work. It is a summary, not an immediate email for every event. If a digest email offers an unsubscribe action, that action applies to its stated scope; use Account Settings to review all your current Profile selections.
Choose whether to receive marketing
Expand Subscribe to Marketing, turn the switch on or off, and save. This controls newsletters and Paperstac updates. It is separate from your Profile digest selections.
Keep or automatically delete read notifications
Open the notification bell in the app to review your notifications and manage their read state. To remove them automatically as you read them, enable and save Auto-Delete Read Notifications in Account Settings.
With that option enabled, opening a notification or marking it read permanently deletes the notification itself. It does not delete the order, message or other record the notification points to. Turn it off if you want read notifications to remain available.
If an update is missing
Check the Profile selection and whether the notification was already opened or removed. Leaving a Profile also ends your access to that Profile’s updates. A link in an old email does not restore membership or grant access.
If the Profile should still be available, ask its owner or Admin to check your membership, or contact Support with the type of update you expected.
