Decide whether you need to delete your account
Your personal account is your login and connects you to the Profiles you belong to. Deleting it removes your ability to sign in with that account and removes its Profile memberships.
If you only want to leave a business, transfer ownership or remove a Profile, use the Profile actions instead. If you only want fewer emails, change Notification Preferences.
Prepare before you confirm
- If you own a Profile that other people need, transfer its ownership to another member first.
- Review any Partner Orders, products or other work you participate in and arrange continuity with the other members. Deleting your login does not cancel those business records or complete their outstanding tasks.
- Save records you need and ask Support about any unresolved access or account issue before deleting.
The deletion flow does not automatically choose a replacement Profile owner for you.
Request account deletion
- Open Account Settings from Account & Help.
- Find Destructive Action and choose Delete Account.
- Check the email address shown in the confirmation. Read the warning and select its confirmation checkbox.
- Choose the final deletion action only when you are ready. Use Cancel to leave without deleting.
Deletion is processed in the background. If the request shows an error, do not assume your account was deleted; read the message and contact Support if it cannot be resolved.
Deletion is not a transaction eraser
Account deletion cannot be undone through this flow. It removes your personal login and memberships; it does not promise to erase every business record, shared document or historical activity involving your account.
Your individual support-article rating records are removed during account deletion, while anonymous article and revision totals are retained. For questions about other retained information, review the Privacy Policy or contact Support before confirming.
