Paperstac Partners help
Find and manage your Partner Orders
Find the orders your Partners Profiles can access, focus on work that needs attention, and identify the right order before acting.
Partners guide · 2 min read
Start in My Orders
Open My Orders from the app navigation. This list brings together Partner Orders available through your Partners Profile memberships. It is separate from Legacy Orders and from the buyer or seller’s My Closings workspace in Paperstac.
If your team expects an order that is missing, check the signed-in account and ask an Owner or Admin to confirm membership in the Partners Profile providing the service. An order link alone does not grant access.
Focus on the next task
Use Attention Needed for work requiring action, Active for active orders, or All for the broader list. Use the available text search and filters to narrow results by order status, service status, unread messages, dates or Waiting On.
The table’s available view and column controls help you keep a useful starting view for recurring work. A filter can hide an otherwise accessible order, so return to All and clear filters before assuming it is missing.
Check the order before acting
Open a row and confirm the Order ID, Wire Code, customer Profiles, collateral properties and service. The internal reference is your team’s own identifying name; use its edit control to add or update it. It does not replace the Order ID or Wire Code.
Overview contains the order’s current tasks. Messages, Files and Activity provide the related conversations, documents and recorded events. Next Steps reflects current workflow prerequisites; a locked or absent task may require customer action first.
Continue with the right guide
- Confirm deposits and closing funds.
- Message customers or leave a private note.
- Find an older order under Legacy Orders.
Use Contact Support on the order if a task or record does not look right. The action includes the order identifier to help Support find the context.
